Return Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us using the contact information provided on our contact page. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Please include your order number and reason for return when contacting us. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including digital products, customized items, or items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
